3rd Reason : Because he can do so :-

He is a boy for all times sake. He can do so if he wishes. Nobody can stop him. Hell , he can even run naked and make a video and upload it on youtube. Because he can. This is a democratic city.

4th Reason : Because he has a big package :-

 Many people want to show off their private stuff. Maybe he thought that he'd gain more popularity and he just is so proud of his package that he wanted the world to know.

5th Reason :Because he just did :-

 The 5th possible reason is simply because he just did. You know when you just do stuff and dont think of the consequences or other people judging. Its random stuff... and because he just did it.
